Name: Jennifer Arika

I live in Burnsville, MN in an apartment.

I am white and 37 years old.

I grew up in a small central Minnesota town with parents who were both teachers, an older sister and younger brother.

I attended college and currently work for a trucking company.

I am Catholic.

I have one child from my ex-husband.

I experienced racism while married to my ex-husband (from Kenya) and also with whom I choose to date.  I also have a mixed son and explaining to him what his experiences may be.

I suffer from mental illness: bipolar and PTSD but none stem from racism experienced.  My bipolar ranges from manicato depression.

I'm more intelligent than people give me credit for due to my employment.
